Originally from Warwick, Jim Osborn has a decade of experience in preparing delicious, interesting and enjoyable meals nationally and internationally. Jim is married to his high-school sweetheart and Bluebird co-owner, Katie Osborn - they have two children.  Jim's pride and enjoyment  in food is expressed through the presentation, dedication and experimentation in the creation of gastronomic wonders.
